Our approach is simple: we work with the consumers of our clients, inform and educate them on products and services, and close sales when it makes sense to the consumer. Through our direct to consumer approach, we have caused our clients consumer base and consumer loyalty to skyrocket. We would not be able to make any of this happen without our Sales Team. We are currently seeking goal-oriented individuals to take on the role of the Account Manager Trainee.

The Account Manager Trainee Will:

• Work directly with seasoned Account Managers and be trained in both a hands-on and classroom-style environment in order to understand the ins and outs of the role
• Meet directly with client consumers to answer any product questions and make suggestions on which products and services may be a best fit
• Master all client product knowledge and be able to explain all product/service features and benefits to consumers
• Understand the full sales cycle to be able to close sales and ensure consumers are fully informed on what they are receiving
• Keep a detailed record of all consumer interactions and make sure all are up to date and sent to clients
• Train alongside leadership and management once the entry level role is mastered in order to learn how to be a leader to newer Account Manager Trainees
• Attend daily sales campaign meetings and contribute ideas and opinions on how to better the sales process for consumers and how to better achieve KPI’s

Requirements of the Account Manager Trainee:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
• 2-6 years of experience working in sales or customer service
• Must be team-spirited and be able to work with a variety of individuals
• Communication skills must be proficient in order to communicate with consumers, clients, and within our team
• Must possess a drive to learn starting at an entry level position and potentially extending through a role of management
• Must have a competitive nature not only with others but internally as well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $630.00 - $1,100.00 per week
