Now Hiring - Sales Service Assistant in New Albany, MS

• Review information about financial status of customers and review with account receivable of status
• Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information, as necessary.
• Receive and respond to customer complaints
• Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing
• Inform and update customers of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates and any anticipated delays
• Obtain customers’ names, addresses and billing information, product numbers and specification of items to be purchased and enter into order forms
• Prepare reports and updates on orders for customers and sales.
• Run EDI order downloads for any dealers who submit EDI orders and print EDI orders from SPS
• Print EDI orders for parts department from Ecutopia and place in their mailbox
• Set up new accounts in system after approval is given
• All other job-related duties, as assigned.

Required

• 2 years’ experience in customer service-related role in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in resolving conflict and maintaining confidentiality
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Associates Degree in business related field.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
• Exceptional computer skills in the operation and functioning of all programs used by the organization.
• Ability to own their work processes and tasks
