Full Job Description

Rouen Chrysler has been family owned and operating since 1986, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team! To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads, and meeting sales quota or being willing to adapt and learn! You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers from first contact until they are in the door. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d love to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department
• Develop leads through our customer base
• Record and manage prospective customer information through the CRM
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns and products
• Tracking personal results including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using the CRM
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to increase results of the department
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  

Essential Job Skills:

• Good written, and verbal communication skills
• High organized, with an ability to learn quickly
• Results-driven and motivated for sales
• Excellent customer service
• Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Has prior CRM experience and is computer savvy
• Vinsolutions experience is a plus
• Valid Drivers License
  

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
