Overview
The company is 30+ year old family built business that collects gently used clothing and household items for charities throughout the United States. We partner with various civic organizations, religious organizations and municipalities to provide fundraising opportunities.
We are seeking motivated individuals to strengthen our teams. The position has great income growth based upon individual performance.

Education Requirements (the candidate must possess a minimum or two, in addition to the diploma):
- High School Diploma
- Some college or degree preferred
- Comparable work related experience
Past Work Experience (the candidate must possess a minimum of two):
- 2-5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably with a big box chain.
- Consumer retail or thrift businesses
- Past line management experience not limited to hiring, termination, performance review, and policy adherence.
Key job duties include:
- Ability to handle the physical requirements of sitting, walking, bending, squatting, climbing and twisting on an intermittent or continuous basis
- Utilize all employees efficiently and effectively to achieve production quotas
- Develops staff by recruiting talent, engaging employees, orienting new hires, and training to company policy and procedures
- Rotate and cross train employees in order that they may be able to do several jobs as necessary
- Monitors performance through the use of employee attainment recordkeeping
- High energy level, strong leadership skills, independent thinker
- Maintains clean work environment
