CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00/hourly
Location: Whitinsville, MA - On-site Temp-to-Perm
Fully Supporting Manufacturing Customers

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and expand relationships of an assigned group of accounts utilizing all team members and resources to sell and service all the company's products and services with the goal of meeting or exceeding specific account objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Tasks to include but not limited to: Handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, entering orders/modifications/cancellations, order expediting, purchasing, processing claims, customer corrective action, marketing activities, maintaining customer data base etc.
• Operate in an ethical professional manner, attend scheduled meetings, proficiently utilize computer systems, meet administrative deadlines and appropriately use company assets to the maximum benefit.
