RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain relationships with doctors and attorneys, providing them with up-to-date information about CAM Physical Therapy’s new programs, locations, staff members and community outreach involvement.
• Working as a liaison between medical offices, case managers, adjusters, attorneys, etc. and clinical directors to help facilitate communication by setting up meetings, shadowing, observation opportunities and lunches.
• Ensuring CAM is on the top of each physician’s referring list of trusted physical therapy companies.
• Participate in marketing activities through community through outreach, conferences, exhibits, networking events (happy hours, dinners, lunches, etc.) and visiting medical offices.
• Update CRM on a daily basis to record meetings, visits and upcoming events.
• Support the Marketing Department through social media, email campaigns, etc as determined by the Assistant VP of Marketing and Administration.

Success Factors:

• Have a specific number of qualified interactions with referral sources every week.
• Coordinate, organize and plan a physician - therapist in person meeting at least 2 times per month
• Update customer’s accounts in tracking system (significant news, name, demographic info, office staff comments, tasks, progress, etc.) within 1 day of any changes/updates.
• Immediately address and resolve any concerns a physician’s office or attorney has by the end of the same business day after reviewing the situation with the Assistant VP of Marketing/Administration.
• Meet weekly with the Assistant VP of Marketing/Administration to discuss progress and future plans.
• Check e-mail a minimum of 4 times a day and always respond within 24 hours.

Experience, Knowledge And Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of industry-related experience in Physical Therapy or any healthcare business development or account management.
• Ability to think critically, perform research, analyze, and interpret data.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-starter.
• Business development, prospecting skills and ability to build strong partner relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
