Full description of the position

Serves as "host" in tour building or area. Welcomes Guests, answers questions, provides directions, performs light housekeeping, reports maintenance or other concerns, sells tokens and takes pride in making memorable moments for our Guests. These duties are performed in unique spaces like the Carousel Room, Organ Building, Streets of Yesterday, etc. Some areas have additional, unique responsibilities.

Seasonal jobs. Some positions work Mid March through October, some work summer-only and some work through December. Great job for those starting out in the workforce, for retires, for veterans, for those seeking second job, for those building customer service skills, etc. Multiple openings. Daytime hours approximately 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. By the Team Member's request, some positions are scheduled for shorter shifts. Saturday or Sunday (or even some weekend) availability is important. Able to hire those wanting two shifts a week as well as those wanting up to five shifts a week.
