Job Summary

Our family owned and operated RV Dealership is seeking an RV Sales Consultant to assist with our recently opened, fast growing dealership located in the Syracuse market. The candidate we are seeking is high-energy, self-motivated, a great communicator, honest, presentable and must be able to handle multiple tasks at once. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is a must. If you have experience selling with a proven track record of success we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities and Duties

Give customers exceptional customer service and assist them in finding the most applicable and relevant products that meets their needs.

Provide a no pressure, no haggle sales approach that is information based.

Facilitate the entire sales process and be the liaison between the customer and all necessary departments before, during and after a sale.

Maintain quality first name basis relationships with customers to assist with all future needs.

Familiarize yourself with the sales lot and product knowledge by walking the floor and keeping units in order.

Keep an organized log of customer interaction on our company wide CRM

Stay updated on RV Industry trends and market changes

Qualifications and Skills

Associate’s Degree preferred

2 years of experience in a similar line of work; i.e. RV Dealership, Car Dealership, Retail Store

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs and other relevant software systems

Detail orientated and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Superior communication and customer service skills

Exceptional organizational skills
