About us Glad Rags is a small women's boutique in Lenox, Mass. We have been providing our customers with classic and trendy Clothing and Accessories for over 50 years. We are looking for a new team member to help us keep our customers saying " It's always FUN at Glad Rags".

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is hardworking, creative, friendly and interested in ensuring a pleasant environment for our customers. The successful candidate must be able to greet customers and assist them with their shopping experience. It's important to us that the candidate is able to work well within a team while still being able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain a pleasant and helpful demeanor.
• Capable of spending long hours on your feet
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Capable of learning point of sale software
• Multi-tasker - A Plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
