Brothers Home Improvement, Inc has been in business for over 25 years, and is looking for a personable, organized, and motivated sales consultant to join our vinyl replacement window company. Sales territory will be the Sonoma/Napa Valley area. The position emphasizes relationship management, and informative project presentation that creates a high referral rate.

Responsibilities include:

* Present and showcase our products and services

* Maximize selling rate with organized follow-up

* Act as a liaison and central customer service point for customers

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years experience in sales/customer relations

* Experience with windows preferred but not required

* Must be able to pass a California State License Board background check

* Must be motivated to work and succeed

Pay:

* Commission
