RNDC is looking for talented and energetic Inside Sales Managers to join our growing Sales team. The Inside Sales Manager leads a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve wine and spirits revenue and sales volume and effectively build customer relationships.
In this role, you will
- Lead a high-performance inside sales representative team that aligns with RNDC’s customer satisfaction commitment
- Foster a high-performing sales team culture
- Coach effective prospecting, cross-selling, pipeline development, and other sales activities
- Conduct weekly inside sales meetings to share RNDC company updates, wine and spirits industry information, updated team goals, and guided sales trainings
- Drive outbound calling programs and monthly promotional activities to drive wine and spirits revenue growth and volume goals
- Work collaboratively with state sales leadership and wine and spirits suppliers to develop short-term and long-term plans supporting goals for specific inside sales teams, including on-premise, off-premise, and specific national accounts.
- Ensure Inside Sales adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations governing the sales of alcoholic beverage products
What you bring to RNDC
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university OR three or more years of management experience
- Bilingual abilities preferred
- Reliable commute to office, M-F
- Occasional travel may be required
