Based in CT, with locations spanning from Northwest, CT to Long Branch, NJ, Northeast Building Supply (NBS) is dedicated to creating a rewarding career for its 90+ associates. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Floor Sales Associate to support our Weed & Duryea Hardware Store.

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and/or willingness to learn:

- Prior work servicing retail and wholesale customers.

- Ability to stock shelves and set planograms.

- Willingness to greet customers anywhere in store.

- Execution of daily operational duties of store including opening, closing, stocking, etc.

- Cashier

- Customer service skills

- Willingness to go above and beyond what is expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

- General knowledge of hardware a plus.

- Cashier/customer service

- Opening/Closing of building
