Friendly, Humble, Fun-Loving, Competitive, positive and hospitality-oriented people wanted for outside staff focused on guest interactions and meeting and greeting our fishing, dolphin and cruise guests as they arrive. While handling crowd control, maintaining the dock, bait, and area. Job is mainly outside but also has some limited office components too!
You will also be taking cruise tour reservations in a resort atmosphere while upselling other profit centers in waterfront ticket office that doubles at a bustling retail and souvenir shop. Must have computer, phone, and guest service skills beyond beginner level, experience is best. Must have great attitude, be friendly, neat in appearance and outgoing. Must work well with others and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment that changes daily. Must be self-motivated and be able to accomplish tasks on their own with little or no supervision. You also must be able to pass a full background check and a drug screening. Part-time and full-time positions available but really focused on more full-time staff. Shifts would be 6a – around 1p or Noon till around 8p

Looking for more full time staff

You would need to be able to work weekends

You would be paid to go fishing, dolphin watching and on an island trip during training process and then once trained you and your family can enjoy our trips at a comp rate as long as they are not more than 75% full

Duties would include:

Meeting and greeting guests

talking to guests

selling trips, learning about tours & fishing

getting ice

dipping bait

receiving boats

cleaning the dock

stocking retail items

cleaning retail items

cleaning the area

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
