Giving Tree Senior Living is a brand-new family owned Assisted Living Community offering Memory Care, Assisted Living and Respite. We are currently seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing, experienced in Assisted Living Residences to join our team.

This is a full-time, salaried position with commission.

Requirements:

• Sales and Marketing experience in Assisted Living Residences, for a MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS.
• Must possess 3-5 years of proven/verifiable sales experience preferably in the senior living industry, with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to use good judgement and decision-making skills and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or related field from an accredited College or University preferred

Responsible for driving occupancy through the implementation of internal and external marketing strategies.
