Success in this role is based on individual performance in prospecting car dealerships and signing up 6 or more new dealerships per month for 321 Ignition services. An Outbound Sales Account Executive can expect to earn a base salary of $65,000 annually and $147,000 OTE, with uncapped commission.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • This is a phone heavy role. The right candidate can make 40-50 phone calls a day
  • You’ll be responsible for generating sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media
  • Outbound strategies include building a target prospect list, identifying decision-makers, qualifying prospects, refining sales processes, doing product demos, updating CRM system, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Leverage sales and marketing tools to follow-up and generate interest within prospective car dealerships
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly and easily to explain the value of our product to car dealerships
  • Host remote demos, webinars, and attend conferences and trade shows

Experience:

  • 2+ years in an Outbound Sales role with proven ability to explain the value of a product and close deals from outbound sales activities.
  • Experience selling advertising services or website solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work from home
  • Ability to effectively manage time, highly organized, and great attention to detail
  • Experience in effective pre-call planning, maintaining lead follow-ups, and prioritizing tasks
  • Previous experience in Automotive preferred (but not required).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ZOOM.
