Accounts Receivable Manager

What an Accounts Receivable Manager do:

• Manage and support team of Accounts Receivables Associates within the Finance Department.
• Provide leadership, counseling and coaching to employees.
• Interview, hire, and train assigned staff.
• Assist A/R Director with related projects, presentations, reports, correspondence, or assignments.
• Participate in audit process as it relates to Billing/Collections
• Streamline processes to ensure accuracy and timelines and make recommendations to the A/R Director.
• Direct training of staff when new procedures are required to comply with changes.
• Work every other Tuesday evening for 1 hour to process invoices.

Qualifications of an Accounts Receivable Manager:

• Excel and PowerBI
• Excellent organization, planning, motivation, leadership, management and interpersonal skills
• customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, presentation skills
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Associate degree in accounting or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5-7 years related experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience
