Now hiring! We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established manufacturing company that specializes in vibration sensors, load cells, and condition monitoring electronics, with industrial, aerospace, and medical device customers. This is a new position that will report to the President.

Skills Required

• Ability to manage company backlog and obtain new orders.
• Ability to develop and write a marketing plan.
• Ability to communicate well with employees.
• Ability to manage relationships with customers and build new ones.
• Comfort around technical products.
• Experience working within a quality assurance specification similar to ISO or AS9100.
• Ability to lead, coach, and train sales team.
• Ability to learn and work effectively with company ERP system, making certain that all orders are loaded into the system accurately and timely.
• Ability to work effectively with OEMs and both understanding and communicating around their specifications.
• Ability to work effectively with companies the can help grow sales (distributors, reps, etc)

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Five (5) years of technical / field sales experience, or equivalent, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Excellent customer relation skills; ability to establish credibility with employees, vendors, and customers
• Strong negotiating skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understand, speak, read, and write in English language
• Ability to cold-call, establish contact and navigate to decision makers within industry

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
