Full description of the position
We are looking for a proven and experienced front-line sales leader responsible for leading a team of enterprise sales reps in the cybersecurity industry with strong vertical market experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, State/Local, Telco, & Cyber Insurance. The position is responsible for the US Enterprise revenue for the US and is based in San Diego or remote.

Competencies
- Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the US.
- A proven and consistent track record selling Cyber Security solutions in the Financial Services, Healthcare, State/Local, Telco, & Cyber Insurance segments and established relationships at the C-suite level
- Build and drive sales strategy by collaborating with Global Product Management & Sales teams, delivering a clear go-to-market strategy for the region, including understanding the competitive landscape.
- Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development and driving revenue by supporting and assisting Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities
- Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence
- Development of territories and quota for the sales team and effectively communicate to set performance expectations within the team
- Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines to the business
- Achievement of annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis is required
- Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings to properly understand customer business requirements
- Build effective working relationships with cross-departmental teams, including ESET executive team
- Retain and grow the existing customer base with regular non-sales customer engagement activities to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Extensive track record of new business sales success, within Enterprise Software, including presentation and negotiation skills within the industry and at C Level within the market
- Strong success in recruiting, coaching and managing an exceptional sales team
- Strong strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills, to meet and exceed quotas and goals
- Experienced in driving sales processes and building effective working relationships with Sales Operations
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers
- Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, State/Local, Telco, & Cyber Insurance
- A Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is a plus
Key Technical Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of Enterprise software sales & business development
- 5-7 years of management experience leading a team of sales executives in the enterprise segment
- 3-5 years of specialty vertical market sales, preferably in Financial Services, Healthcare, State/Local, Telco, & Cyber Insurance
- College Degree or equivalent work experience

- This person must be a self-starter and self-motivated, driven to exceed established goals.
- Strong record of driving business results through channels with effective sales strategy and execution of the channel’s plans.
- Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic, rapidly growing business.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate the corporate strategy to the sales team and partners.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Competent with market research and analysis of competitive and industry data and understands customer needs/forecasting trends.
- Self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Highly collaborative worker
- Minimum travel of 40%
Salary Range OTE: $225,000/yr - $300,000/yr
