Our Territory Sales managers have the autonomy to grow their territory without limits by partnering with new and existing customers to better understand their challenges and provide cost-saving solutions. The assigned territory will have approximately 150 accounts which average about $4M in sales annually in the Toledo, OH area.
Here’s what our Territory Sales Managers do:

• Develop and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets by generating sales growth via prospecting potential new customers and developing current accounts with new product groups and services.
• Serve as a resource to customers with understanding contracts, proposals, product information and availability, recommend product lines, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends.
• Represent the company demonstrating product lines and services at trade shows and sales exhibits.
• Stay informed of new products, services, HVAC industry trends and other general information of interest to customers by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal networks.
• Monitor competitive activity and develop new methods to penetrate key markets or business opportunities.
• Troubleshoot problems, answer questions and address customers regarding products provided and offer solutions.
• Achieve results which are aligned with 2J’s strategic company-wide goals.

To be successful in our Territory Sales Manager role –
Here’s what we are looking for…

• Minimum 5 years HVAC sales experience
• Minimum 5 years HVAC distributor industry experience
• High School diploma and/or GED required
• College or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to act independently with a sense of urgency and the confidence to handle a variety of challenges with the emphasis on relationships and results.
• Able to calculate and negotiate monetary transactions
• Experience with Microsoft office, POS software, and inventory programs
• Ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50lbs as occasionally required by the essential functions of this job.
• Up to 90% travel within a local geographical area. Occasionally travel is outside of the local area and overnight stay may be required.
