Call Agent/Appointment Setter

Work Schedule: M – F 8a – 5p

Rapidly growing generator company is seeking a Call Agent/Appointment Setter. This position is a customer facing role that is also responsible for streamlining and developing the lead appointment setting process including, but not limited to:

· Answering incoming sales lead calls and gathering initial information for sales needs;

· Making outbound calls and vetting prospective customers;

· Setting appointments for a geographically dispersed Sales Team;

· Follow-up with prospective customers via phone, texting, and email;

· Confirming existing appointments; Sales

Other responsibilities will be determined as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Capacity to multi-task and use multiple computer applications simultaneously.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

· Strong team integration and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

· Work schedule shall be at a minimum of M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM but extended hours are a clear common practice.

Compensation $13-$18 per hr.
