Responsibilities:

• Prospect new business through warm leads and collaborate with sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Work directly with customers to understand their business operations, requirements, challenges and needs and provide consultations to add value to their organization through implementation of our company’s services
• Participate in sales calls and vendor relations to support the technical sales agenda and enhance the customer experience throughout the sales process
• Deliver demonstrations that showcase the company’s services for IT Solutions in technologies, including integration with third-party software
• Collaborate with sales team on products to create sales demos, collateral and proof of concepts, and create custom pitch decks for customers
• Manage pricing and negotiates within sales territory region to control profitability
• Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for property management of sales territory region through cloud-based platforms.
• Collaborate with Customers to ensure that the post-sales services/implementation are aligned with the technical solutions that were proposed during the pre-sale stages
• Influence the team through peer support and propose various approaches that will positively impact the way the team operates
• Provide customer and market feedback to team members and management to influence business direction.
• Communicate with manager any customer issues or potential problems, perform other tasks assigned by manager
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, and/or Technology related Field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of sales work or engineering experience in the IT Industry.
• Must have a strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer services and industrial IT with strong written, presentation, and excellent communication skills to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
• Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed

Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour
