Position Summary
Position is responsible for the management of all aspects of sales and customer satisfaction including company profitably at the top line (net margin before manufacturing variances) as it relates to the sale of forgings to commercial and military accounts
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manages a contract administration team responsible for all business at commercial and military sales accounts.
- Responsible for account profit margin, delivery integrity, customer satisfaction, sales and margin forecast, and must be capable of managing all administrative functions related to customer satisfaction from order entry to delivery of finished product.
- Expected to be very knowledgeable of the market and be able to make contacts and build relationships which will lead to future sales.
- Responsible for negotiating all contracts and approving all quotations issued by the managed area.
- Directs and coordinates efforts of outside field reps to attain new business objectives and build business with existing customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Four year college degree in Business or Engineering.
- Senior level Sales, customer service, contract administration or purchasing agent experience.
- 7-10 years of related Aerospace sales experience.
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical engineering, forging and/or machining.
- Computer skills to include MRP systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
