Sales experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Safety Marketing & Damage Prevention Product Sales to the Utilities, Commercial and Industrial Markets. Bilingual is a plus.
Position Description: The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience. The ISAM is charged with building and maintaining strong relationships with the Company’s inside sales accounts, as well as identifying prospective customers. The ISAM will engage in a consultive sales process that will ensure the Company’s revenue growth while meeting/exceeding net margins.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Negotiating with prospective clients
- Preparing weekly reports
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
Position Requirements:
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related
- Candidates with minimum two (2) years sales experience or customer service / account management experience are eligible
- Experience in sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks including maintenance of customer account information in the company relationship management tools (Sales Force and HubSpot)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions: Working conditions are high energy and positive for an office environment or may include remote work. Work might require travel to tradeshows and semi-annual company sales meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
