The work How you will contribute as the Sales Director:
  • Maintain minimum building occupancy level to company standards through innovative sales and marketing goals and strategies.
  • Conduct tours of the facility for all potential new residents and their families.
  • Develop and implement monthly marketing plan in conjunction with the corporate marketing team.
  • Manage, as necessary, the CRM database.
  • Develop, plan, and implement special events for the community.
  • Identify referral sources and maintain professional relationships to increase awareness about the community.
  • Responsible for development and adherence to departmental budget.
  • Serve as liaison between the community, residents, and their family members.
Youll also have:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Senior Living experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing senior housing communities helpful.
