Woodbridge Home Solutions is a Nationally Recognized successful home improvement company with over 32 years of industry experience. We offer design assistance to help homeowners select the right combination of products that will enhance their homes beauty, reduce energy costs, and increase their homes value. We are looking for driven, dynamic, design-oriented Sales Consultants for our Lubbock Sales Team.

What you will do:

• In-home consultations for our residential customers.
• Assist homeowners with identifying products that best fit their needs.
• Deliver a proven sales presentation.
• Attend professional paid training and weekly sales meetings.
• Familiarize yourself with industry leading product samples.
• No Cold Calling! All appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified for you.
• Sales experience is required: in-home sales, outside sales, and direct sales experience is a plus.

What does pay look like?

• 100% Commission + Bonus Structure
• Earning Potential of $150k+
• Paid Training Program

All Sales Consultants are required to carry 100k/300k minimum insurance coverages.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
