Purpose: Service the organization by developing, selling and servicing accounts while developing customer relationships and supplying the company with market information.

Essential Job Functions:

• Order entry
• Contract review for order accuracy
• Update order delivery status
• Resolving, negotiating and documenting customer complaints
• Create new customers
