Our client is a well-established, boutique financial planning firm that provides insurance and investment solutions for its clients. They are growing and in need of a Client Success Associate to assist with insurance and investment transactions and management in their San Rafael office.
Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), oversee the operational workflow of the organization.
- Client onboarding—account rollover coordination calls, Orion user set up for online account access- contact client at the time of funds arrival.
- Client change of address, beneficiary updates.
- IRA RMD distribution- calculation and processing.
- IFG liaison – revising record and paperwork preparation, upload of materials to BD, monitoring for approvals from home office, sub paperwork to vendors as necessary.
- Client check requests and ACH deposit coordination and execution.
- Update CRM (Redtail) with account additions and account links.
- Maintain client info sheets for prospects, as needed.
- Client check-in and prospect follow-up, as requested.
- Maintain and update client records in the firm's CRM and custodial investment platforms.
- Manage all client forms (mostly paperless), including electronic signature form-filing and e-signature gathering.
- Perform regular maintenance for existing clients including opening/closing accounts, initiating contributions, distributions, wires, transfers, rollovers, charitable donations, address changes, beneficiary updates, etc.
- Helps to manage the firm’s portfolio database to ensure that client portfolios are accurately tracked and reported.
- Be willing to accept any administrative tasks that allow our Advisors to focus on their clients.
- Preparing and sending periodic reports to selected clients.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of client-facing or client operations experience in financial services
- Series 7 (not required)
- Bachelor's degree
- Track record of success in past roles
- A high degree of initiative and very detail-oriented
Compensation
- $75,000-90,000 base salary (dependent on tenure and licensing) + Bonus comp at 10% annually
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
