Responsibilities
- Respond to customer leads, incoming calls, emails and digital quote requests.
- Present, promote and sell recurring Home and B2B services to new and existing customers using professional materials and provided information
- Perform phone consultations to identify customer concerns and needs so you can advise and present best managemnt practices going forward
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Warm calling past and present customers to offer maintainence programs and bundled services.
- Achieve realistic sales targets and outcomes as set by team leads
- Coordinate sales efforts with the scheduling team
- Follow-up and track all leads and sales progress in the CRM system
- Create signed service agreements via provided templates within the database
- Stay on top of best practices, seasonal and promotional trends
Requirements and Skills
- Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales excellence
- Excellent knowledge of CRM and digital/computer technology
- Familiarity with CRM and follow-up practices along with ability to build productive professional relationships
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
