Job descriptioniCRcompany is seeking a full time Sales Logistics Coordinator to play a critical role in helping the company scale. In this role, you will be managing all day to day Sales Logistics and Shipping coordination.

Skills/Experience

• SAGE 100 experience
• Sales logistics experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales Logistics coordination. Provides required information and documentation to ship/export orders.
• Coordinates with the Sales, Purchasing, Production, Collections and Shipping teams to prioritize products to be ordered, manufactured and shipped.
• Negotiates freight forwarding and organizes shipping with various freight companies.
• Coordinates Trade Show shipments worldwide for the Marketing team and obtains ATA carnets as required.
• Works with CRM and SAGE 100 to make sure company information is current, complete and accurate and ensures duplicate companies are set to inactive mode.
• Update Productions and Shipping Department of all upcoming orders.
• Trains and assist shipping department. Create shipping labels, create packing lists, scan shipping documents for archive records.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments with Freight forwarding companies, getting shipping quotes (provide rates to sales team on specific requests), providing shipping documents, pick up location, time and contact information, CARNET shipments, managing ocean freight, air freight, courier services.
• Process any claims for missing or damaged shipped items. Gathers all date which includes value of item with proof, description of items with size and weight, and any other requested information.

2 + years experience in sales and sales logistics.
