BISON BANK – Customer Experience Representative

Job Description:

A Customer Experience Representative (CXR) primary responsibility is exceptional customer service. Customer experience is of the upmost importance in this role. A CXR must be knowledgeable about a range of bank operations, answer any questions a customer has and to make referrals and use cross sell opportunities to achieve bank growth objectives. A CXR will be required to perform a variety of professional bank services accurately and efficiently while adhering to policy and procedures.

Job Duties include the following:

• Provides exemplary customer service when meeting customers various banking needs such as: receiving and posting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals.
• Identifies and handles customer issues through taking initiative and problem solving.
• Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions, ascertaining customers’ needs, and directing customers to other branch representatives.
• Complies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual control functions.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
• Opens all types of deposit accounts including savings, checking, money market, and CDs; generates all paperwork, collects required documentation, and performs legally required verifications.
• Effectively and professionally communicates with all internal and external customers.
• Answers the telephone, assists the customer, and redirects calls.
• Balances and reconciles their teller drawer; counts and packages currency and coins.
• Creates and/or verifies incoming and outgoing wire transfers.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• College diploma preferred, high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
