Sales Manager Position

Key Roles/Functions:

1. Leadership and Management

2. Customer Relations and growth

3. Revenue Generation with estimating department

4. Bidding & Estimating projects

5. Metrics and Goal Setting to hit budget

6. Marketing and Advertising

Skill Requirements

1. Ability to analyze construction documents including blueprints, to create a cost estimate for electrical requirements. ( 1-5 years estimator on large projects)

2. Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email, etc.)

3. Computer and technology skills (Acubid and Live count experience a plus)

4. Understanding of construction principles and electrical concepts (1-4 years)

5. Ability to convey unique company benefits to customers

6. Innovative, self-motivated, and creative with problem solving.

Goals of this position is to maximize sales, expand customer base and provide a positive image in the communities we serve.

Pay is commensurate with experience.

We offer a full benefit package, including health, dental and 401K, and PTO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,985.20 - $150,000.00 per year
