What you’ll be doing...
The primary focus of this role is to develop new business and close sales. As a trusted advisor, you’ll create value for Verizon and our customers by solving their business problems. You’ll bring a consultative selling approach and become an expert for your customers and your peers by expertly packaging and tailoring Verizon Enterprise solutions to meet customer needs. Your role is critical to establish Verizon as the premier business partner in your accounts. This is a great opportunity for a sales person looking to succeed with an established company!
- Implementing and prospecting activities based on best practices to generate business with new customers.
- Developing deep relationships with your customers while getting to know their businesses, markets, and the challenges they face.

Where you'll be working…
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You like putting things together in new and creative ways to best solve the customer’s most pressing needs. You are able to quickly establish rapport, produce high volumes of sales calls and offer consultative solutions to assigned strategic accounts.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Account development.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Ability to drive to meet or exceed challenging sales targets.
- Experience in developing large multinational and Fortune 1000 account relationships.
- Good communication skills to effectively position new ideas.
- Experience in persuading and negotiating to create desired outcomes.
- Experience in balancing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.
If you are hired into a California or Nevada work location, the compensation range for this position is between $116,000 and $244,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
