We seek a motivated and professional individual with a pleasant, outgoing personality and strong communications skills. We are a small family agency with a friendly and supportive work environment. Our employees have worked an average of 20+ years with us and we are looking to add another long term individual to our staff.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop positive working relationship with clients
• Communicate with clients in a positive friendly manner
• Provide information about our personal lines insurance and services
• Keep record of customer interactions and transactions in our company management system
• Quote insurance policies
• Marketing, quoting and rating of new business and account renewals

Knowledge & Skills Desired:

• Strong customer service focus with a highly professional and timely manner
• Full knowledge of insurance products and usage.
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of agency management software and insurance rating software. Experience with Applied EPIC preferred but will train the right person
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
