Community Relations Director

Seeking an experienced marketing and leasing director for Ciela, a brand new, luxury assisted living/memory care senior living community in Pacific Palisades.

Individual is primarily responsible for fostering relations and handling communications with prospective residents, family members, referral agents and other outside service providers, identifying new leads, making sales presentations and conducting tours, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up, engaging in community outreach, coordinating new resident move-ins, recommending sales promotions, ensuring availability and distribution of up-to-date marketing and promotional materials, monitoring community website activity, handling placement of print and/or other advertising, preparing competitive analyses, and maintaining detailed marketing and lead/inquiry/move-in database.

Job Functions:

• Develop and manage the lead base all sources (phone, web, referrals, community, etc.)
• Provide sales activity reports with documented lead status, closing needs and next steps
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents and/or families
• Follow-up with all potential residents, referral sources or interested parties
• Maintain the community's Customer Relationship Management software
• Participate in and represent the community in outreach events, networking meetings, and other functions.
• Monitor competitive projects and programs in the community's local market and report updates

Qualifications:

• 5 years+ experience in senior living (in a 50+ unit community) or hospitality marketing and sales
• Experience in a start-up community or a new lease-up, strongly preferred
• Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
• Proven track record achieving sales targets and objectives
• Ability to manage time effectively, high degree of initiative and good judgment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates professional ethics; has a positive attitude,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
