Parkside Management Services is recruiting a full time Sales & Marketing Manager with senior housing and digital marketing experience to support Prairie View Assisted Living in ongoing sales effort. Must have Senior Living housing experience.

Must be familiar with outreaching in the community. Outgoing and not afraid to chat with people.

Conduct ongoing informal research into the market identifying current trends in market demographics and the competitive communities for adjustments to the marketing plan, pricing and program.

Oversee achievement of monthly sales goals and assist in marketing strategy, monitoring and reviewing/updating marketing plan and budget.

Commissions package on top of base salary.
