Join our dynamic Sales team as our new Director of Sales Training today!
A few details about the role:
- Provide leadership and strategy to the entire sales and marketing teams to advance selling skills, sales management, and behavioral and organizational change.
- Provide talent development assistance to regional leadership for all new sales and marketing employees
- Institutes a comprehensive program designed to allocate and invest resources in the long-term development of sales and marketing team members
- Design, manage and implement effective sales and marketing training curriculum, and related collateral.
- Perform organizational needs assessments and design learning tools/resources to address performance gaps ensuring that all levels of learners can reach their maximum potential
- Apply business and creative writing styles for a variety of collateral and audiences: manuals, job aids, development plans, business plans, evaluation tools, processes, and policies
- Present/teach/facilitate on a variety of sales and marketing related subjects and evaluate results employing a widely accepted evaluation method.
- Provide educational support for the proper use our customer relationship management database system
- Utilize widely accepted instructional design practices focusing on adult learning principles, learning methodologies to advance skill and ability levels
- Manage all aspects of the mystery shop program
- Create and update the sales manual and sales management manual
And here's what you need to apply:
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience
- Formal sales training experience
- Senior living sales (CCRC) and entry fee experienced required
- Experience in application of the basic principles of Instructional Systems Design preferred
