Rates are as follows:

Account Manager -

· $45,000- $55,000 per/yr – based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Estimating/sales of maintenance related jobs & responding to customers concerns and feedback.

• Managing all maintenance crews and their daily tasks.

• Help crews get out the door in a timely manner.

• Keep shop and yard neat, clean and organized.

• Send out contract renewals for both maintenance and snow.

• Keep yard and shop clean, neat and organized.

• Managing the upkeep and maintenance of assigned maintenance related tools & equipment to ensure it is clean, and in good working order.

• Managing the assigned E-mail as well as both the cell phone, and the landline.

• Maintaining a safe work environment for all in the maintenance department. I.E. safety glasses, ear protection, steel toe work boots. Also, watching for unsafe practices of the industry and recklessness.

• Routine quality control check-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop and/or maintain the most efficient approach to all tasks for every maintenance crew.

• Training of both crew leaders, and crew members for the tasks in which they are assigned.

• Using the LMN software for both estimating and crews.

• Monitoring the GPS tracking software on trucks.

• Assisting in the shop as needed.

• Ensure that all staff adheres to the company policies and procedures, such as uniform and cleaning out the trucks daily, etc.

• Written performance reviews for staff once a year

• Suggest potentials upsells and enhancements to the property so you can put proposals together for the client.

• Accident investigation for both workman’s comp and Vehicles

• Ensure all employees are using and wearing protective gear and all safety switches/ guards are working correctly.

• Keep client informed of any change in the schedule, problems on the site, ect.

• Help managing the operation of snow and ice management.

• Ability to help in all areas of the company when needed.
