EarthCraft Landscaping is hiring! The Landscape Sales Estimator role is a unique position allowing the individual to oversee all aspects of a new landscape or hardscape renovation from concept to reality.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, with the ability to manage details without losing the big picture. They can build rapport and trust quickly with clients, solve problems, and operate with integrity.

This position, based in Indiana, PA, includes a competitive base salary, bonus opportunities, benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), Simple IRA, paid vacation, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement for driving to client sites, and a company-provided cell phone and laptop.

A day in the life of a Landscape Sales Estimator at EarthCraft:

• Performing on site consultations with residential clientele which will include fact-finding with clients to understand their vision, measuring sites, and assessing site installation requirements and guiding clients through the EarthCraft sales process
• Communicating vision and measurements back to the design team and collaborating closely with the design team throughout the design process
• Estimating prices for installation work
• Handing off project details to crew leaders for execution
• Active problem solving to develop solutions if site problems occur; following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality assurance
• Strategizing with leadership to continually improve the client experience while achieving sales targets on-schedule
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate for the Landscape Sales Estimator at EarthCraft:

• Previous professional work experience in landscape installation and paver/wall construction, including a basic understanding of estimating what is required to complete that work
• Previous experience estimating landscape products
• Previous experience in sales, landscape or construction sales experience is preferred
• A degree in a related field is preferred but not required
• Is able to be tobacco-free during work hours and support our tobacco-free workplace
• Understands technology and can demonstrate computer proficiency
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
