Full description of the position

TERRITORY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Prospecting and signing new Agents
  • Install equipment for new Agents / existing Agents
  • Activate and train new Agents, close Agents and retrieve equipment.
  • Periodically visit Agents and provide support
  • Work directly with Agents to increase and grow transactional volume
  • Plan and implement strategies to identify opportunities, penetrate new business, and expand market share within your territory.
  • Build and maintain qualified prospects through telephone prospecting, cold calling, email and direct marketing.
  • Create strategic proposals and deliver compelling presentations to Executives and Senior Management.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals for hardware and professional services
  • Identify opportunities for Agent expansion services.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of success in outside sales / territory management preferred
  • Business-to-business cold-calling experience and negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment
  • Understanding of online tools for use in lead sourcing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Business degree preferred or relevant years of experience in this field
  • Bilingual English & Spanish reading, writing and speaking
  • Money Transfer Industry or related knowledge is preferable.
  • Requires heavy travel and overnight stay around New Mexico & West Texas.
