New Boat Dealer has a career opportunity for an experienced boating industry Sales Professional. With strong boat lines and an outstanding service staff we offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Boat Sales Professional. We offer a base salary plus an industry leading commission plan with six figure earnings potential. We have a large inventory of new boats and an excellent lead generation program.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

Sales

• Maintain constant flow of prospects into and out of the sales funnel.
• Successfully close sales transactions that benefit the customer, business, and salesperson
• Accurately enter sale into dealer management system, and process appropriate paperwork.
• Take ownership of the sales process from initial call to post-sale follow-up
• Cultivate relationships with customers by creating a customer-centric experience.
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
• Assist withboat show and special event set up and breakdown.
• Transport units to and from Shows.
• Daily maintenance and protection of showroom display.
• activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of boat sales experience preferred.
• The position is Monday through Saturday, with one day off during the week.
• Must be a highly motivated team player.
• Proven sales ability and track-record in the marine or RV industry
• Advanced knowledge of boats, motors, and general marine terminology
• Strong computer skills (everything is computerized)
• Must be able to reliable commute or relocate prior to starting (this is NOT a remote position)
• This position requires kneeling, bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting heavy objects.
• Will require extensive use of telephone and computer systems.
• Full-time position with weekly pay plus industry leading commission program

Pay: $32,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
