Now Hiring - Flooring Experts - Commercial Flooring Account Manager in Lorton, VA

We are looking for a leader who is ready to take on a challenge.

Your mission will be to build and grow a commercial division for our flooring company. You will be fully responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships for the commercial side of our company, initiating and maintaining accounts with material suppliers and measuring/managing installs.

This individual will work alongside the production team to set up the installation processes and crew for the commercial side of the business and ensure a top class installation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Contact suppliers to set up our commercial merchandising and maintain relationships.
• Create new multi-family, contractor and commercial relationships and hold ultimate accountability for the revenue of the division.
• Identify prospective customers and respond to requests for proposals in a timely manner.
• Maintain contact with the customer after agreements are signed to ensure all work is completed correctly and on time.
• Maintain effective relationships with field service personnel.
• Conduct job site visits as necessary to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales is necessary.
• Commercial and residential flooring experience is a must.
• Have contacts with general contractors, developers, property managers in DC Metro area.
  
• Experienced in running a flooring project from start to finish.
• Knowledge of all flooring products.
• Experience with job management systems such as RFMS or BuilderTrend is desired.
