Job Summary:

Support the regional direct and distribution sales channels with a primary focus on delivering disproportionate organic growth of the targeted Industrial Products disciplines across their assigned sales region.



Job Duties:

• Meet and/or exceed sales targets for the regional Targeted Industrial Products team and/or exceed other defined Sales Support objectives for the territory.
• Identify and define business development opportunities within the assigned region.
• Use analytics to prepare plans which assist our teams in securing the business.
• Provide input to the proposal process and develop strategies to ensure we make the most competitive technical and commercial offerings.
• Support Management in the settlement of warranty disputes and field problems.
• Develop and implement business development “programs” and sales strategies with the sales team and operations to grow the business profitably.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and company’s personnel to ensure continued Market Growth.
• Routinely report activities to Management on all pertinent issues related to market changes through use of monthly forecast, weekly reports, and other reports as may be directed.
• Actively participate in and provide input into the product development teams and support their initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5 - 10 years experience in the Vacuum pump market/industry OR a Bachelors degree in Mechatronics
• Basic foundation of knowledge of mechanical seals, pumps, vacuum pumps, compressors and other rotating equipment
