Responsible for new equipment and repair quotations to include outsourcing and replacement options.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Serves as the primary in-house point of contact for customers by sending quotes and following up on PO approvals and additional information /documentation required to complete the repair.

o Send ACT repair quotes within 1 day of completion by the technician.

o Coordinate with preferred vendors to outsource repairs if identified.

· Monitor ACT jobs in the pipeline to ensure electronic items are quoted within 3 days of receipt and the remainder within a week.

· Include the cost of a new component option for customers who request it and any repairs over $1,000. If obsolete, identify that a replacement is not available on the quote due to obsolescence.

· Obtain pricing and availability for new equipment sales requests, generation of quotes, and processing of the order within Motorbase. (Whelco & ACT)

· Monitor items requiring quotes for outsourced and replace-with-new to ensure a quote is generated within 6 weeks of receipt of the equipment.

· This position dually reports to Sales and Operations.

· Supports outside team with information not enabled through Motorbase/CRM

· Inside sales territory development through prospecting/cold calling, follow-up, and penetration of services. Territory may include shared outside territory accounts.

· Communicate with GM, sales team, and technicians to ensure established processes and procedures are followed.

Education, Skills, and Experience

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

· Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
