Overview:
At EIM, we are reimagining healthcare education to humanize patient care in every community. We offer accessible lifelong learning to healthcare professionals transforming their communities. The Business Development Manager on our Clinical Education team is a key player in the success of EIM’s University Partner Customer (UP) business. EIM partners with leading colleges and universities to “power” hybrid, accelerated doctorate programs in healthcare (DPT, OTD, and PA programs). This includes obtaining the required number of clinical sites to meet the needs of the program for accreditation, as well as placing the students into these required clinical rotations on behalf of the program. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Operations, the Sales Manager will be responsible to ensuring partner and program development success through meeting required programmatic and accreditation clinical site goals. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Operations and key staff, the ideal candidate will help to grow and manage clinical education site relationships and ensure stellar clinical education experiences for all EIM UP students.

Primary responsibility includes design and implementation of strategic sales plans and goals for growing a network of clinic sites offering clinical education experiences required for EIM UP customers and students.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilties:
  • Grow and manage EIM’s clinical site sales strategy to ensure acquisition of contracts and letters of Intent meet University Partner Customer accreditation requirements
  • Provide direction and oversight for UP Clinical Education inside sales team including the creation of KPI’s and contract acquisition specific metrics to meet programmatic goals and timelines
  • Drive relationship management with Partner Program Directors and Director of Clinical Education counterparts through the accreditation phase of program development
  • Recruit, develop and coach sales team for behavior to overcome obstacles, drive resilience to change, solutions-oriented thinking and accountability.
  • Monitor, audit and provide feedback on processes and systems that ensure consistent acquisition of contracts and letters of intent, with adherence to established timelines
  • Perform and share quantitative analysis throughout the pre accreditation phase to aid in strategic planning initiatives
  • Oversee end to end sales contract lifecycle from initial phone call through letter of intent/support collection
  • Work with EIM’s Marketing Team to develop and deliver campaigns that drive leads and awareness into the clinical site recruitment funnel, optimizing outreach.
  • Work with Manager of Clinical Education Systems to ensure systems and processes are efficient in maintaining accurate records within the SalesForce, SharePoint, and Exxat for all clinical site contracts and data
  • Conduct, participate and present in monthly clinical education meetings with University Parter Customer programs to deliver results and reporting insights.
  • Adhere to strict data compliance to protect student privacy and University Partners
Qualifications:
Education:
  • College Degree in related field or 5-7+ years of relevant experience

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven and successful experience in B2B sales and application of account management principles across technology, healthcare or education sectors (min 3- 5yrs of combined)
  • 5+ years of sales management/team management experience
  • Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Ability to navigate and influence stakeholder decision making within a clinical setting (rehab, private clinics, hospitals, etc.)
  • Experience in the development, assessment, and structuring of new partnerships/contracts
