Admin Sales Support

Toy Factory, LLC, a privately held company, designs, manufactures; markets and distributes a variety of stuffed toy & novelty products for outdoor amusement parks and attractions, location-based indoor family entertainment centers and vending companies that operate skill crane machines.

Toy Factory’s mission is straightforward and simple. We aim to supply superior quality, value-oriented products and service to customers operating games in amusement venues. We have established distribution facilities in Texas and Pennsylvania. Toy Factory is seeking a high-volume Sales Support Administrator.

SUMMARY:

The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for the processing orders and providing high level customer service support for both our Clients and internal sales staff. We are seeking an individual with a proven customer support background.

Collaborates with internal departments to deliver solutions and provide quality service to new and existing customers.

Position provides a terrific opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on the responsibility of developing relationships and winning business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ø Handles inbound sales calls to convert calls into sales.

Ø Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.

Ø Provide accurate, valid and complete information to our customers.

Ø Handle customer complaints, provide solutions; follow up to ensure resolution.

Ø Follow communication procedures and policies.

Ø Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.

Ø Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling if necessary.

Ø Provides product information to qualified customers on request.

Ø Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.

Ø Tracks stock levels.

Ø Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.

Ø Communicate new customer data for set up.

Ø Works with sales representatives to provide order processing support.

Ø Assist Trade Show Coordinator; ability totravel during and after work hours; responsible for assisting the trade show manager to include but is not limited to; pulling and shipping samples, managing the booth display, preparing and coordinating contract details in order to ensure timely payments for the account, etc.

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

*Skill in written and verbal communication

*Excel a must

*Ability to build customer relationships and provide appropriate levels of customer service.

*Business acumen and the ability to calculate numbers and amounts.

*Computer literacy

*Ability to Travel for Tradeshows twice a year

*Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

*Rock solid organizational skills

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent, college a plus

Four or more years of experience in customer service, administrative roles.

Logistics Experience a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
