Weed Man is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing door-to-door lead generator to join our dynamic sales team. As a door-to-door sales canvasser, you will play a critical role in driving new business and growing our customer base. Weed Man Kirkland is a local lawn care company creating beautiful lawns throughout the community. It's pretty simple, we provide fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, and other products for a lawn's nutritional needs. Our mission is to treat every lawn as if it's our own and provide customers with honest, open communication. We want our customers to have the best lawn in the neighborhood

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door presentations to potential customers
• Educate customers about our products and services
• Build relationships with potential customers and provide solutions to their needs
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including daily call reports and weekly progress reports
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a door-to-door sales representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
