Classification: Full Time - Hourly
Pay Range: $18-20
Location: Santa Barbara
Reports To: Branch Manager

Mission:

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for the Design Center and Outside Sales Representatives.
• Greet and proactively assist ?walk-in? customers by providing introductory product brochures.
• Maintain the appearance of the Design Center in an organized fashion with updated samples and colors.
• Code and input customer millwork orders, pricing information into the computer system, Sx.e (training provided).
• Continuously improve and maintain in-depth millwork product knowledge and expertise.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers to generate leads.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills and comprehension of design standards
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in millwork sales, new construction and/or commercial projects preferred
• Must take and pass drug test and consent to a background check
