Sales Account Executive/Outside Sales

Friendly Faces Senior Care has an amazing opportunity for a Sales Account Executive/Outside Sales position. We have need for a sales representative in the Montgomery County area to assist growing and maintaining this territory. Location: North Houston (The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring and surrounding areas (Must be a road warrior!)

Sales & Marketing Duties:

Build relationships with the community, networking contacts, referral sources, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted & independent living facilities, and other healthcare professionals and referral partners in an effort to increase brand recognition and revenue. In addition, the Sales Account Executive/Outside Sales- will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct in-home assessments with new and prospective clients and care coordination of existing clients and referral sources
• Have the ability to input data on a weekly basis in a CRM system to stay organize and keep track of prospects, clients, referrals and networking contacts. Coordinate with office staff on prospects, client and caregiver issues
• Attend and host networking events, health fairs and trade shows. Also, be able to attend and host multiple after hour social, networking, fundraising and sales events on a weekly basis.
• Be able to take on leadership roles in special projects and non-profit endeavors.
• Participate in professional development activities to keep up to date on information related to the healthcare and senior care industry.
• Must maintain an active social media presence and assist with search engine optimization for the agency.

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Have an established book of business of referral sources in the North Houston and surrounding areas (preferred but not required)
• Be able to work in a startup mode environment and help to build a brand from the ground up
• Have strong ethical values and be a loyal person
• Able to work on an after hour basis as needed to meet with families and attend marketing events
• We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial and team focused individual. Must be able to work independently, take constructive criticism and hold themselves accountable for meeting activity and sales goals. Passionate for seniors and success. Be goal oriented with an ownership mentality and hungry for success

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or one year of experience in a healthcare setting a plus
• Must have Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle (and/or be able to drive company car)
• Must be able to pass Drug, Background & Physical Screening
• Copy of updated TB/Chest X-Ray
• Current CPR certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60-90K+ (Base Salary + Commissions)
