Draeger's Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Gift Basket Sales Manager immediately.

Draeger’s Markets is seeking an individual who will be able to increase sales both in-store and on a corporate level. This job would be a good fit for you if you are a creative individual who enjoys sales, artistic design, and customer service.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities (includes the following but not limited to):

• Provide excellent customer service
• Corporate client acquisition and retention
• Able to drive to meet corporate clients and make sales calls
• Follow standards of Gift Basket Program; able to craft a gift basket
• Able to create and manage schedules for up to three part-time individuals in the department
• Be a brand ambassador for Draeger’s Markets

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 2-3 years minimum experience in corporate sales
• Able to create corporate proposals for potential corporate customers

• Basic safety and food handling knowledge

Required Physical Skills

• Standing and walking up to 7–8 hours in a day
• Ability to complete 10 Production Baskets per hour with bows, labels and price tags
• Ability to complete 15 Hand-made bows per hour
• Assemble 25 shipping bows per hour
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Able to work a variety of shifts primarily, including weekends and holidays

Compensation: $23/hour to $25/hour, Depending On Experience.

Potential for Bonus if you hit targeted sales goals.
