Overview:
Deliver annual sales plan through leadership of all sales and training efforts with dealers, key channel partners, Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) hospitals, local & regional rehabilitation centers, occupational & physical therapy training centers, hospitals, senior centers, home care service organizations and all related target markets related to aging-in-place, home accessibility and mobility.
In conjunction with National Sales Manager, Strategic Account Managers and Director of Sales; build annual market development and dealer account plans, regularly measure, review and adjust as needed. Create and manage best practices, forecasts and budgets. Regular travel required.
Job Duties:
- Deliver territory sales plan.
- Identify new sales opportunities, ability to build a plan and execute critical tactics.
- Build and manage effective channel partner relationships.
- Adept at initiating and conducting critical conversations with internal and external customers.
- Ability to successfully negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes for company and customer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to easily connect and network with all types of customers and demographic groups.
- Effective and comfortable presenting to large internal and external customer groups.
- Attend and represent Bruno at industry trade shows and customer events and trade shows.
- Effective in utilizing technology to drive efficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Salesforce CRM software and Adobe.
- Must be familiar with company products, product applications, prices and sales policies.
- Share internal and external product and market feedback within Bruno sales team peers, product managers and sales management.
- Attend team meetings and company-scheduled training as requested.
Skills and Abilities: Read, analyze, and interpret a variety of information, such as technical procedures, business correspondence, and governmental regulations furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Create business-level written correspondence and verbally present information to internal and external customers.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Home Office. States Covered: Western US Region.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and touch; and talk and hear and move around
- Up to 35% travel to customer locations is required - valid driver’s license required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
